Spritz Glint provides culinary services including private chef experiences, cooking classes, recipe development, meal preparation, and corporate catering. All services are subject to availability and must be booked in advance.

Booking and Payment

Booking Process

To book a service, you must:

• Provide accurate contact and booking information
• Select your desired service and date
• Receive confirmation from us via email
• Complete payment as specified in your booking confirmation

Payment Terms

• Payment is required 48 hours before the scheduled service date
• We accept bank transfers to our UK business account
• All prices are in British Pounds (GBP) and include VAT where applicable
• Invoices are sent via email with detailed payment instructions

Price Changes

Prices listed on our website are subject to change. The price confirmed in your booking email is the price you will pay, regardless of subsequent changes to our published pricing.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Client Cancellations

• 48+ hours notice: Full refund
• 24-48 hours notice: 50% charge to cover ingredients and scheduling
• Less than 24 hours or no-show: Full charge

Our Cancellations

If we need to cancel due to chef illness, emergency, or circumstances beyond our control, we will:

• Notify you as soon as possible
• Offer to reschedule at no additional cost
• Provide a full refund if rescheduling doesn't work for you

Weather and Emergency Cancellations

In case of severe weather, public health emergencies, or other force majeure events, we will work with you to reschedule without cancellation fees.

Service Delivery

Your Responsibilities

When booking our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information about dietary restrictions and allergies
• Ensure your kitchen is accessible and in working condition
• Provide basic cooking equipment as discussed during booking
• Be present or have a designated representative present during service
• Inform us of any changes to booking details at least 48 hours in advance

Our Responsibilities

We commit to:

• Arrive on time as scheduled
• Provide professional, high-quality cooking services
• Use fresh, quality ingredients
• Clean and tidy the work area after service
• Respect your home and property

Allergies and Dietary Restrictions

You must inform us of all food allergies, intolerances, and dietary restrictions at the time of booking. We take allergies seriously and make every effort to accommodate restrictions, but:

• We cannot guarantee complete absence of allergens due to potential cross-contamination
• For severe allergies, we recommend discussing suitability with us before booking
• You are responsible for clearly communicating all restrictions to us
• We are not liable for allergic reactions if restrictions were not communicated or were communicated inaccurately

Liability and Indemnification

Our Liability

We carry appropriate public liability insurance. However, our liability is limited to:

• Direct damages resulting from our negligence
• The amount you paid for the service

We are not liable for:

• Indirect or consequential damages
• Damages resulting from information you provided incorrectly
• Issues with third-party equipment or facilities not under our control

Your Liability

You agree to indemnify us against any claims arising from:

• False or misleading information you provided
• Your breach of these terms
• Unsafe conditions in your kitchen or venue that you did not disclose

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, recipes, logos, and design, is owned by Spritz Glint or licensed to us. You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without permission
• Use our recipes for commercial purposes
• Use our branding or trademarks without authorization

Recipes provided during classes or meal prep services are for personal use only.

Photography and Marketing

We occasionally take photographs during our services for marketing purposes. If we wish to use images that include you or your guests:

• We will request your explicit permission
• You may decline without affecting your service
• You may request removal of images at any time

Data Protection

Your personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and UK GDPR. By using our services, you consent to this processing as described in our Privacy Policy.

Governing Law
