This is our administrative office and where we handle client consultations. Actual cooking services take place at your location or in partner kitchen spaces, depending on the service.

Saturday: 10:00 – 16:00
Sunday: Closed for administrative work
Cooking services are scheduled outside these hours as needed. The times above refer to when we respond to emails and handle bookings.

Booking Process
After you contact us, here's what typically happens:
Step 1: We respond within 24 hours to confirm we received your inquiry and provide initial availability.
Step 2: For private chef services and catering, we schedule a brief 15-minute call to discuss menu preferences and event details. For classes and meal prep, we can often handle everything via email.
Step 3: We send a confirmation email with final details, pricing, and payment instructions. Payment is due 48 hours before your scheduled service date.
Step 4: We show up on time, do the work, and handle cleanup. You enjoy the food or the learning experience.
Frequently Asked Questions
Do you provide phone consultations?
Yes, for private chef services and corporate catering. We find a quick call helps clarify menu preferences and logistics better than back-and-forth emails. For cooking classes and meal prep, email usually covers everything.
Can you accommodate specific dietary restrictions?
Yes. We regularly work with vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free, and various allergy-related restrictions. Just let us know during the booking process.
What if I need to reschedule?
Contact us as soon as possible. With at least 48 hours notice, we can usually reschedule without any fees. Less than 48 hours, we charge 50% of the service fee.
Do you travel outside London?
Yes, we regularly serve clients across the South East, including Surrey, Kent, Essex, and Hertfordshire. Travel costs are included in our standard pricing for these areas. For locations further out, we charge an additional travel fee.
What payment methods do you accept?
Bank transfer is our standard payment method. We send an invoice with our UK banking details. For corporate clients with procurement requirements, we can work with purchase orders.
